The easiest way to do this is choose the Available Online search scope and do you search. If you want to eliminate streaming media from these results, choose "Books" under the the "Resource Type" heading the right hand Tweak your results options.
However, if you want to, you can use the default search and then check the "Available online" limiter under "Availability" along with the "Books" limiter under "Resource type."
And yes, the two methods above will yield different numbers of results. But such is the way with complicated search algorithms searching multiple holdings layers! But you should yield useful results with significant crossover using either method.
