I am trying to reserve a pass to an attraction in Explore More Illinois, but I am unable to. Why can’t I reserve a pass?

If you receive a message that says “No passes available at this time" or the calendar day you are interested in is not an option, then all available passes have already been reserved by other patrons.  Choose another date to find available passes. 

If you see a message that says Reservation Limit Reached then you already have 3 active reservations (the maximum allowed at one time) and must cancel a current reservation or wait until you have completed a reserved visit before reserving another pass. Note that once a reservation is downloaded or printed, it can no longer be cancelled.
